Java developer (CAMP)
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join CAMP team.
What project is about:
The Corporate Actions Management Portal currently manages firm wide elections of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions that are initiated by an Issuer for one or more securities. Details regarding the event are collected from the middle/back office platform. The portal orchestrates CA events processing across multiple departments involved in decision making of elections.
We are planning a significant improvement of the platform, which may lead to modernizing of its architecture and migration to AWS.
On a long term run this role will be crucial for a bigger middle office transformation programme.

What you will do
We are not looking for someone just to work on well defined tasks.
- You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild
- You will be clarifying and challenging provided requirements coming from PO/BA and users.
- You will be explaining your proposal to your teammates, ensuring that solution is ready to handle various types of issues/exceptional scenarios.
Required
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar.
- 9+ years of Java programming(Java Core + multithreading).
- Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems.
- Experience with Ignite and/or other mem cache frameworks.
- Experience with performance tuning
- Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management.
- Strong analytical ability to learn independently from code / reverse engineering.
